Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished. We never use hormones, de-wormers, or insecticides. Our rotational grazing method ensures our soils and pastures are high quality and nutrient-rich, which results in happy, healthy animals and the tastiest meat on the market.
How Does Ordering Bulk Beef Work?
Place your non-refundable deposit, and we take care of the rest! Due to COVID-19, there is a long waitlist at the processing plant, so expect to receive your beef in February or March. Once the beef has been delivered to the processing plant, we will contact you for your cut preferences.
Our whole beef is dry-aged for 21 days. When your beef has been processed, we deliver it to your door for free.
The deposit is applied to the total cost. The remainder of the cost of the meat is due upon delivery. The total cost is calculated at $7.99/lb hanging weight (approximately 550lbs).
If you would like us to grain finish your cow, we can do that for an additional fee. Please contact us after placing your deposit if you want to add grain-finishing.

A whole cow takes up approximately 21 cubic feet of freezer space.
